Specialization Certificate and Closing Thoughts

That’s all four courses—and the specialization—done! I was pleasantly surprised by this material. I’ll admit I expected it to be somewhat fluffy or a collection of “influencer” quotes, but it was the opposite. It offers a wealth of practical, concrete approaches to people management that I can apply immediately in my day-to-day leadership.

If anything, the specialization has been a lesson in self-awareness: it highlighted how much I still have to learn, despite my background in teaching (which is essentially people management on steroids). I’m looking forward to putting these frameworks into practice.
